*Ingredients:
°4 cups (1 litre) Golden Graham Crunch™ cereal
°75 ml honey peanuts
°125 ml cranberries
°125 ml (12 cups) creamy peanut butter
°30 ml (2 tbsp.) butter, cutting to pieces
°1 bag (250 g) of mini marshmallows
*Methods :
1 Covering baking sheets with wax paper . Spray a large bowl with cooking spray and add the beans, peanuts and cranberries.2 Spray a medium microwaveable bowl with cooking spray and add the peanut butter, butter and marshmallows. Microwave uncovered on High 2 to 3 minutes or until tender, stirring after each minute.3 Pour hot marshmallow mixture over cereal mixture and stir until beans are well coated. Drop mixture by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. If the lotion becomes difficult to handle, heat it in the microwave for 1 minute;
4 Let cool completely for at least an hour. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
