Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

You can never have enough chocolate chip cookie recipes. NEVER! And today I tested for you the BECEL® Soft and Fluffy Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe which is, I have to admit, the easiest I've tried in my life.

° 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
° 1 C. baking soda
° ½ tsp. salt
° ½ cup original Becel® margarine
° ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
° ¼ cup of sugar
1 egg
° 1 C. teaspoon vanilla extract
° ½ cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
° ¼ tsp. teaspoon sea salt


Preheat the oven to 375 ° F and place the rack in the center.
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt, then set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the original Becel® margarine, brown sugar and sugar to obtain a creamy mixture. Add the egg and vanilla extract, then stir well.
Add the flour mixture, stir to obtain a smooth dough, then fold in the chocolate chips.
Shape into dough balls of about 1 Tbsp. and place them on an ungreased baking sheet, about 5 cm (2 inches) apart.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes depending on the desired level of tenderness.
Remove from the oven, then sprinkle with fleur de sel. Leave to rest for a few minutes before tasting.
