°453 grams top sirloin beef
°¼ cup soy sauce
°2 tbsp. white sugar
°2 tbsp. cornstarch
°½ tsp. ground ginger
°3 tbsp. t vegetable oil
°1 red onion, cutting to 1 inch squares
°1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
°2 tomatoes, quartered

*INSTRUCTIONS

Cutting steak into 1/2 inch thick tranches across grain.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch and ginger in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Place steak slices in marinade and toss until well coated.
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat and place 1/3 of the steak strips into the hot oil. Cook, stirring, until the beef is nicely browned, about 3 minutes, and remove the beef from the wok into a bowl. Repeat two more times, with the remaining beef, and set the cooked beef aside.
Returning all cooked beef to hot wok and stirring in onion. Mix beef and onion until onion begins to soften, about 2 minutes, then stir in green pepper. Cook and stir the mixture until the pepper turns bright green and starts to get tender, about 2 minutes, then add the tomatoes, mix everything together and serve.
