Carrot Cake




*INGREDIENTS

+Frosting:
 °2 1/2 cups icing sugar
 °1/2 cup unsalted butter
 °1 pack 250 g cheese cream
 °1 teaspoon vanilla
+Cake :
° 2 1/2 cups flour
° 2 teaspoons baking powder
° 1 teaspoon baking soda
° 2 teaspoons cinnamon
° 1/2 teaspoon salt
° 1 cup vegetable oil
° 2 cups sugar
° 4 eggs
° 1 tsp vanilla
° 3 c carrots

*PREPERATION
 
STEP 1
Cake: Heat oven to 350°F.  Mixing flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon & salt in  bowl.
2ND STEP
In  bowl, mix the oil, sugar, eggs & vanilla.
STEP 3
Adding dried ingredients to wet ingredients.
STEP 4
Adding carrots.
STEP 5
Pour into the mould. Putting in oven & cook for 50 min.
STEP 6
Cream Cheese Ice Cream: whisk butter & cream cheese.
STEP 7
Slowly adding icing sugar && vanilla and beat to smooth.
