Slow Cooker Barbequed Beef Ribs

slow cooker ribs? Unbelievable but true! Wrapped in a spicy sauce reminiscent of barbecue flavour, pork ribs are tender by this slow-cooking method... best devoured by family ghouls.


°2.5 kg (5 lb) pork ribs (back)
°°250 ml (1 cup) hot pepper sauce
°125 ml hot and spicy ketchup
°60 ml (4 tablespoons) red wine vinegar
°30 ml (2 tablespoons) brown sugar
°125 ml (12 cups) chicken broth
°salt to taste


In a large saucepan, place the ribs and cover with cold water. Bring it to a boil.
Drain the meat and rinse it with cold water.
In a large bowl, combine chili sauce, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, and chicken broth. salt.
Add spare ribs, cut into three pieces of ribs.
Stir until the meat is well covered.
Place everything in the slow cooker, cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours at low intensity.
