Healthy Broccoli Grape Salad




Salad made with broccoli, fresh grapes and mayonnaise dressing. Very easy to make, this salad is always a hit and is always very popular when brought to food. It is also very good the next day, you can bring it in your lunch at work or at school.

°1 broccoli cutting to small florets
°2 leeks, chopped or 1/4 cup chopped chives
°1 cup halved fresh grapes
°Half a cup of mayonnaise
°1 c. vinegar
°1 c. a tsp sugar

* Methods 

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar
In a salad bowl, combine broccoli, chopped leeks (or chives), and halved grapes.
Add broccoli and raisin sauce and mix
Leave the salad in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight
This recipe can be stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
