*Mexican-Corn-Street*



Creamy, tangy, & spicy, it's definitely among my favourite methods to pop candy corn to summer.If you've been studying the blog for a while, you already know that fresh corn is definitely one of my all-time favorites, it's crunchy,juicy and sweet like no other, of course, I'll always love it, but this Mexican valerian takes it to a whole new level.
 
**Ingredients :

° 4 ears of fresh corn, husk
° Virgin  oil-live for lubrication
° 1½ tsp mayonnaise
1 clove mince garlic
° Peel & juice of 1 lemon
° 1 c chop green onions
Cheese-Cotija, crumble 1/3°C
° ½ c finely chop coriander
° ½ tsp smok-paprika or chili powder
° 1 hot pepper, dice
° Half a teaspoon of sea salt

* Directions :
Heat grill over medium-high heat, brush corn with olive oil and grill on each side for 2 minutes, remove broth from grill, mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon peel and juice in a bowl.  Cut the corn kernels into slices and add them to the bowl with the green onions and stir well, then add cheese, coriander, smok pepper, jalapeno & salt, seasoning also eat directly or putting in refrigerator to it becomes soft.
