Soft, stale cake with strawberries & whip cream.

* Ingredients :

° 3 scoops of fresh strawberries
° Half a cup of white sugar
° 2 cups all-purpose flour
° four teaspoons baking powder
° 2 tablespoons white sugar
° Half a teaspoon of salt
° Half a cup of ghee
° 1 egg
° Half a cup of milk
° 2 cups whipped cream

Step 1
  Cut the strawberries into slices and mix with ½ cup white sugar. Sit aside.

Step 2
Preheat oven 425°F (220°C).Butter and flour in an 8-inch round baking dish.

Step three
In a medium bowl, integrate flour, baking powder, 2 tablespoons white sugar, and salt.Combine the buttermilk puffs until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Make a hollow withinside the middle and upload the overwhelmed eggs and milk. Stir till smooth.

Step four
Spreading combination to organized skillet. Baking at 425°F (220°C) about 15 to twenty mins Cool partially in a skillet on the wire shelf.Step 5  Cut the partially cooled biscuit in half to form several layers.Place half of the strawberries in one layer and on alternating layers.Place the strawberries last and top with the whipped cream.
