* Ingredients :

° 1 tablespoon paprika
° 2 teaspoons onion salt
° 1 teaspoon chili powder
° 1 teaspoon black pepper
° 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
° 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
° 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
° 1/2 teaspoon ground spices
° 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
° 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
° 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
°  1 1/2 cups Gold All-Purpose Flour™️
° 1 tablespoon brown sugar
° 1 tablespoon kosher salt
° 1 whole chicken (2 breasts, 2 drumsticks, 2 drumsticks, 2 wings)
° 1 egg white
° 2 liters neutral oil for frying

Heat a skillet to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix all the spices well together.
Mix the spices with the flour, brown sugar and salt.
Dip the chicken pieces in the egg white to coat them slightly, then transfer to the flour mixture. Flip it a few times and make sure the flour mixture really sticks to the chicken. Repeat with all chicken pieces.
Let the chicken pieces rest for 5 minutes so that the skins dry out a bit.
Fry the chicken in batches. The breasts and wings should take 12-14 minutes, and the legs and thighs will need a few more minutes. Chicken pieces are cooked when a meat thermometer inserted into the thicker portion reads 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Allow the chicken to drain on a few paper towels when it comes out of the fryer. Serve hot.

Enjoy !
