I love S'mores!! So when I made S'mores Cupcakes, I knew I was going to have at least 2 cupcakes and I did!!! If you haven't already tried making S'mores cupcake, I highly suggest you do because it's delicious. I shared this cupcake with my friends and they all came back for a second cupcake, that was so good !
* Ingredients :
° 7 tablespoons melted butter
° 2 tsp granulated sugar
° 1½ cups crushed graham crackers
° Pre-made chocolate cake
° 24 marshmallows
° Hershey's Chocolate Bar
* Directions :
To make the crust, add the melted butter, sugar, and crushed graham crackers in a bowl and mix until crumbly. Add to cupcake liners and press down to even surface.
Add the chocolate cake to the pan and bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and when it's not too hot, place the marshmallows over the cupcakes and bake for 3 minutes, then remove and press the cupcakes down.
Turn oven on and place cupcakes in oven for 45 seconds or until marshmallows turn slightly brown.
